My Personal Journey to Empowerment

Each chapter of my life has been filled with hard lessons, growth, and ultimately joy.  I have learned what it means to be resilient. Whether it was a toxic abusive relationship that challenged my sense of self-worth and purpose. Or a trauma bond, with anxious attachment, narcissistic abuse, and a turbulent co-parenting relationship. I have found that changing my outlook can change your story. 


 I navigated the corporate world as a young woman, hitting the glass ceiling more times than I can count, but I pushed forward and ultimately reached the top. Each step taught me invaluable lessons about who I am and what I am capable of. I succeeded only to reach a total burn-out around 34 years old. Again, I felt lost and unsure of who I was and where I was going. I had reached my goal, but I wasn't happy. Why?


Feeling unsatisfied, I quit my corporate job to pursue my dream of helping people heal. This was one of the scariest, but most rewarding decisions I have ever made. Serving others, and owning my own business was so worth it. It brought me so much happiness and allowed me to  align with my true self.


My life took another beautiful turn when I created a loving blended family with my partner. Even then, in my happy place, life threw me unexpected challenges. I was overcome with shock and deep despair as my "happy" marriage abruptly ended due to my husband's midlife crisis. The separation from my husband was the end of "me" as I knew it.  In my most painful moments of life,  coaching, self love, gratitude and self-discovery gave me the tools to rise up, heal, and create a new amazing beginning filled with purpose. I found strength in my pain and growth through every terrible moment.  


Every challenge in my life has led me closer to who I am today. I am proud to say I live with a deep sense of empowerment and self-worth. My journey has brought me clarity, joy, and passion while also teaching me how to help others cultivate their own path to fulfillment and resilience.
